1. Return & Exchange Conditions
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused or gently used, in original packaging, and include all accessories or tags.
- Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.
- Exchanges are available for eligible items (e.g., size or color), once the original item is in transit.
2. Return Process
- Contact us at support@emutee.com before returning any item.
- We’ll provide full return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid label.
- Returns are accepted by mail only.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued for orders that meet one of the following conditions:
- The item arrived damaged or defective.
- The product differs from the original order (design, size, or material).
- You received an incorrect item.
Items worn, washed, altered, or missing original tags are not eligible.
4. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase at no cost.
- After 24 hours, items move into production and cannot be canceled or modified, as they are made-to-order.
5. Refund Details
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- All refunds are issued in U.S. Dollars (USD) to the original payment method.
- If delays exceed 15 days, please check with your bank or card provider.
6. Responsibility & Notes
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We are not liable for lost or damaged returns caused during shipment.
- Please contact our support team before sending any item back.
