• Providing notifications in accordance with DMCA requirements

If content is removed and the affected party believes the removal was made in error, they may submit a counter-notification as permitted under U.S. copyright law.

5. Repeat Infringement

Accounts or business partners found to be repeatedly violating intellectual property rights may face suspension or permanent termination of access or services, at Emutee’s sole discretion.

6. False or Abusive Claims
